For 12 years, I've devoted myself to education, serving as a qualified early years and Primary Teacher, Department Lead, Phonics Coordinator, and Subject Lead. These roles have enriched my understanding of education and leadership, aiding me in supporting colleagues effectively.
My holistic teaching philosophy prioritises nurturing socially, emotionally, and intellectually developed individuals. I strive for a learning environment that fosters creativity, critical thinking, and a passion for lifelong learning.
Education, to me, is the gateway to opportunity, empowering individuals to reach their full potential. It is with this profound belief that I understand the immense responsibility entrusted upon me to empower and inspire the minds of tomorrow.
