GEMS aims to ensure that high standards of quality and professional service are maintained in the school, thus the staff of The Cambridge High School, Abu Dhabi undergo a comprehensive programme of induction and ongoing professional development.
The performance of all staff is subject to regular review and from this, further training needs are identified. Our ongoing programme of professional development ensures that the strategies, methods and resources used reflect the standards of best practice from around the world. Our training programmes are subject to stringent evaluation for quality assurance purposes and are continually updated to ensure that high standards of teaching and learning are maintained. This enables our staff to be at the forefront of good practice and also prepares them to progress within the organisation.
Committed to high standards of quality and service, our staff are capable of creating motivational learning environments for students, where students learn how to become life long learners. The majority of staff have been with us for over 18 years which in itself is a testimony to their belief in our mission. They provide a continuity of experience for the students.
